Irina Nevzlin is an Israeli entrepreneur, Chair of the Board of Directors at ANU - Museum of the Jewish People, Founder and Chair of IMPROVATE, Co-chair of ONE Society, and the author of the best-selling book Rooted: The Hidden Connection Between Cultural Heritage and Success.

At ANU, Ms. Nevzlin led a comprehensive transformation of what was once the Diaspora Museum, turning it into the world’s largest Jewish museum. Under her leadership, ANU redefined what it means to belong, shifting the narrative from one of exile to one of connection, diversity, and shared identity.

In 2019, Ms. Nevzlin founded IMPROVATE, a global platform that connects Israeli innovation and technology companies with governments and organizations worldwide to develop practical solutions improving quality of life.

In 2024, she co-founded ONE Society, an international initiative creating a new vision for the future — rooted in identity, economy, and mutuality.

She also leads the Nadav Foundation, promoting initiatives that strengthen a sense of Jewish belonging and shared peoplehood, alongside projects advancing education, equal opportunity, and civic engagement, including Habogrim for a Better Future, which empowers Israeli youth to reach their full potential.

Born and educated in Moscow, Ms. Nevzlin began her career as a communications consultant in London before immigrating to Israel in 2006.

She was named by The Jerusalem Post as one of the 50 Most Influential Jews in the World.
