Ori leads JDC Elka’s mission to advance Israel’s public systems—for better systems, better services, and better lives.

Since joining JDC in 2013, he’s worked to spark innovation and build strong partnerships across government, business, and philanthropy—strengthening public systems, empowering the people who work in them, and improving services for vulnerable populations.

Before joining JDC, Ori was a strategist at BDO Global, advising both commercial and non-profit organizations.

He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Philosophy, both with honors, from Ben-Gurion University and the Hebrew University, and previously served as a fighter pilot in the Israeli Air Force.
