Toba Hellerstein is Founder and CEO of Attune Now and a leading expert on the psychological and sociological dynamics of modern antisemitism and the interventions that counter it. Her study, American Perceptions of Jews & Israel: Narratives of Antisemitism, Insights & Strategies for Change (2025), was the first Institutional Review Board-approved comprehensive qualitative research on what Americans think and know about Jews and Israel. Spotlighted by The Times of Israel, her work translates rigorous research into practical strategy for communities facing rising hate. Toba co-founded the Psychometrics and Hate Mitigation Lab and serves as strategic advisor to the Shofar Fund. Her career began in the Israeli government; drawing on Middle East diplomacy and human intelligence, today she advises senior government officials, Jewish organizational leaders, and philanthropists on impact strategy.
