Huda Kowas, Economic Development Manager of The Jewish Agency's Marom program - a Business Support Division in Israel - oversees loan funds, grant funds, and economic development initiatives for Israeli businesses in both routine times and crises These services help businesses grow, recover from crises, and cope with their significant economic challenges.

Huda is responsible for the business rehabilitation and development in the northern region, and she is in touch with all communities there- the reservists, evacuees, Druze and Arabs, and more. She has played a key role in facilitating the allocation of millions of shekels in funding to promote business development within the region. Additionally, she has served on various steering committees and social initiatives aimed at advancing Israel's periphery, and has volunteered as a lecturer for various financial management programs.

Huda is a Business & Strategy Consultant who has approximately 20 years of experience in the field. In her previous position, she managed a business support branch for the Ministry of Economy in the Galilee region.

Huda has a bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from Haifa University, as well as a CPA license. She is currently in the final stages of completing an MBA degree.

Huda grew up in the Abu-Snan village in the Galilee, as an only daughter among four brothers. She lives in Haifa with her husband and three children.
