Tal heads the Rashi Foundation’s Strategy and External Relations department, developing and overseeing strategic investments to drive social mobility in Israel’s socioeconomic periphery.Previously, Tal founded and headed the BINA Secular Yeshiva, was executive director of the UnitED initiative to strengthen Jewish day schools in Europe and Latin America, and was a JNF Education “Shlicha” in Chicago and San Francisco. She began her career as an attorney in Israel. Tal holds a bachelor's degree in Business and Law and a master’s degree in Jewish Studies. She lives in Kfar Bin Nun with her husband and three children.
