The General Assembly is the premier annual gathering of thousands of top Jewish communal changemakers. It convenes volunteer and professional leaders from Federations across North America, along with those in the business of Jewish philanthropy from around the world.
The GA will inspire participants while highlighting the extraordinary work of the Federation system and our partner agencies. It’s three not-to-be-missed days of dynamic speakers, thought-provoking sessions, networking, best-practice sharing and celebration!
GA 17 will be held Sunday, November 12 through Tuesday, November 14 at the JW Marriott in Downtown Los Angeles. Please be aware that there are additional programs immediately before and following the GA. We advise you to check the program for any meetings or institutes you'd like to attend before purchasing flights.

Religious services—both traditional and egalitarian—will be held every day. Exact times and locations will be included in the GA’s online program.
All meals provided at the GA will be under strict glatt kosher supervision.
For security reasons, GA badges must be worn at all GA events. Badges will be provided upon check-in at GA registration. Metal detectors and other security measures may also be in place for some sessions. Non-registered persons will not be allowed access to any GA events. The Jewish Federations of North America reserves the right to withdraw the credentials of any delegate to the GA. Unauthorized print materials may not be distributed, and no solicitation is permitted.
Several registration rates are available:
General Registration: $499
Federation/Jewish Communal Professional: $399
Daily Rate: $189
Daily rates are available for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Only one day pass may be purchased per person. Day rates are neither refundable nor transferrable to a different date.
Registration for pre- and post-GA Institutes, meetings, luncheons and other functions are available by request. Please check times before booking your flights!
Cancellations of GA registrations (other than those without cancellation options) will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if the cancellation is processed by September 16, 2016.
After September 16, there are NO refunds. Hotel cancellations are subject to hotel cancellation policies noted in the hotel section. All registration questions and requests should be directed to GA@wyndhamjade.com. Please include your confirmation number in your email.

Reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours prior to your arrival. If you cancel within 72 hours of arrival, you will forfeit your deposit.
If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please open the hotel booking website provided to you after you completed GA registration. Click on ‘Existing Reservations’ in the upper right hand corner. You will be prompted to input your reservation information and offered the option to cancel.
You may also cancel by contacting the Washington Hilton directly by calling (202) 483-3000 and press 1 for reservations.
If a guest needs to cancel their reservation, they should call the Marriott Courtyard directly at (202) 332-9300. If notice is received by the hotel before 4:00pm on the day prior to arrival, the first night room deposit will be refunded at the time of cancellation. Any cancellation received within 24 hours of arrival will forfeit the first night room deposit.
